Insurance:
Currently, I accept select Georgia insurance plans. Please advise of your current plan during your 15-minute consultation. For out-of-network clients, session receipts are available for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the in-network/out-of-network coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Voucher Programs:
Currently accepts vouchers from The Loveland Foundation.
No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session before or by your next scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy: If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your session, you will be required to pay half the cost of the session before or by your next scheduled session.
