I support clients managing life transitions, relationship conflict, intentional living, and self-worth. Working from a foundation of mindfulness and blending in person-centered, emotionally-focused and experiential therapies, my customized progress plans help clients become resilient, confident, and passionate about their ever-changing life journey.

In addition, I have several years of experience working with adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (high functioning), ADHD, ADD and/or learning challenges. I have a strong desire in supporting parents of children with special needs that have disconnected emotionally due to the required mental attention needed to support their child.

Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • Individual Session Fee: $125/session
  • Couples Session Fee: $150/session
  • Family Session Fee: $260/session

Insurance:

Currently, I do not accept insurance, however, session receipts are available for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the in-network/out-of-network coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session before or by your next scheduled session.
